Kobalt Warranty at Lowes - Tape Measure
I purchased a tool kit several months ago. Recently I was using the tape measure that came in the tool kit. The tape measure began to not retract as it had in the past. I took it back to Lowes to get the replacement since the Kobalt tools have a "lifetime no hassle return policy".
I did not get any scarification at lowes and they would not honor the warranty on the package.
